By using Clipjaw you agree to these terms.

The service

Clipjaw uses AI to find moments in stream recordings, edit them into short clips and post them to the accounts you connect. AI makes mistakes: you review the clips.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a contract: 18 or older [TO CONFIRM: minimum age]. When you sign up you confirm: "I am 18 or older."

Your right to clip

For every recording you confirm: "I have the right to clip this stream: it's from an official clipping program I joined, or it's my own channel." Only official clipping programs or your own channel qualify, and you follow that program's rules.

Acceptable use

No content you don't have the right to clip.
No impersonating the streamer, and no edits that change what someone meant.
No sexual content, nothing involving minors, no harassment, hate or extremism.
No spam or duplicate posting across accounts, and no scraping.
Follow each platform's Community Guidelines and Branded Content Policy.

We may remove clips, suspend autopilot or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Your content and licence

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited licence to host, process (including with AI providers), edit and post it for you. It ends when you delete the content, except for copies already posted on platforms.

Posting and autopilot

Nothing is posted without your approval unless you turn on autopilot. You are responsible for what is posted. We always add the streamer's credit and program tags. Disclosing paid promotion where required is your duty [TO CONFIRM: paid-promotion disclosure wording]. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Billing

Prices are in USD plus tax. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled.
Cancel in Plan → Cancel plan; you keep access to the end of the period.
Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply at renewal.
Failed payments are retried, then the account returns to Free.
Deleting your account cancels the plan immediately.
We email you 30 days before a price change.
Refunds on request within 7 days of a renewal if no hours were used [TO CONFIRM: refund rule]. Nothing here limits refunds the law gives you.

Hours and fair use

Unused hours don't roll over, and deleted streams still count toward the month. Plans are for normal use by one person or team; we may limit abuse.

No guarantees on results

Earnings shown in the app are estimates. We don't guarantee views, followers or income; clipping programs decide what they pay.

Not affiliated

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch and Kick are trademarks of their owners. Clipjaw is not affiliated with them.

Copyright

See our copyright policy. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

Indemnity

You will cover claims caused by content you upload or post in breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.

Governing law

The laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada apply. Your consumer-protection rights are preserved.

Changes

We email you 30 days before changes to these terms take effect.
